A:There are mainly two methods to find products on Muchid.com:

1) Search with keywords;

Go to Muchid.com, and enter keywords to search for the products/suppliers you want.

Method 2: Post RFQ.

Post an RFQ specifying your sourcing needs, and you may receive matching quotes from different suppliers. With RFQ, you can:

1. Get quotes for your custom request

2. Let the right suppliers find you

3、How do I add a product to My Favorites?

In every product detail page, there is an“Add to Favorites”button. Pleaase click on it to add to "My Favorites"

muchid.com is a business to business trading platform for buyers and suppliers to exchange business information. Most of the members on muchid.com are manufacturers,
trading companies, or resellers who trade in large quantity order. As you know, the product price/shipping cost are mainly based on purchase quantity and shipping methods.
Therefore, you are suggested to contact the specific supplier to check and negotiate the price and other details, such as MOQ, shipping cost for the product that you are interested in.

To post an RFQ in PC, please follow the steps:

Step1: log in your account at https://www.muchid.com/enlogin.asp

Step2: fill in the template and submit

Your request will be under check first and it will be published online within 24 hours upon approval. After that, the matched suppliers could quote you via Muchid.com.

Step3: You can manage your RFQs via Star RFQ

Q:What can I do if I forgot my password?

A:If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve password by following below steps:

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page.

2. Fill in your registered email address, scratch out two chickens and click 'Submit'.

3. Then you can log in again by verifying your email address.

Q:、How can I register an account on Muchid.com?

A:To register an account on Muchid.com, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Login page, and click Join Free to register an account.

2. Enter your email address, tick the Agreement, and Next.

3. A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox. Please click the link in the email and fill in all the required information.

If you do not have a business, you can fill the “Company name” field with your name.

Q:Should I communicate with suppliers outside of Muchid.com?

A:When negotiating business deals, we strongly advise both parties to strictly keep their communications on Muchid.com. Chat records will help our team make informed and fair decisions in the case of disputes.

Q:How do I place a Trade Assurance order?

A:Both buyers and suppliers can place Trade Assurance orders.

If you have found an online product on Muchid.com:

You could click "Start Order" on the product detail page to place order directly or click "Contact supplier" to check more details with the supplier, then ask the supplier to draft the order for you.
If you want to draft an order directly for customized products:
You could click "Order with Trade Assurance" on the Muchid.com homepage to draft order or go to "Orders" > "All Orders" and click "Draft Trade Assurance Order".
Then choose to "add products" or "add contract" directly.
After submitting the order, you could manage your order on Order Management page.

Q: How do I pay for Trade Assurance order?
